Bad News

I broke my shin bone. So I have to have crutches all summer and I won't be dancing for a long time. Looks like this summer might not be so great after all.

Cabaret

So I finally got a few photo's from the Dancesport National Championships I competed in a couple weeks ago. My partner, Liz, and I placed 5th in cabaret. It was a lot of fun to compete. I can't wait till i get competing again after my mission. Anyway, here are the pictures.

Some new adventures

So it just so happens that my roommates and I are pretty much the coolest kids ever. Occasionally we have strange ideas and just run with them. The latest idea went a little like this "Hey bro, so one time I made a bunch of hats for babies with little round looms, we should totally get some of those and make hats for ourselves!"
"yeah man, thats the best thing I have heard all day"

so we all journeyed out to the local craft store "Porters". I had never thought that I would be excited in the least to go there, but hey, i guess there is a first time for everything.
So we spent about an buying looms and looking through all the yarns and stuff picking out the softest and most expensive ones.
Each of us got our own set and own fabric and we went home and spent all the spare time over the whole day making out hats. I have finished one now and i have to say, they are pretty freaking bomb.

So in other news, One of my roommates is soon to be a married man. His fiance went out to IF to have a bridal shower, so the guys and i decided to go to wingers and all get all you can eat sticky fingers and see who could eat the most for a demi bachelor party.We did eat and drink, we even made merry and had a good time. the chicken was pretty much bomb and i ate more than enought.

unfortunately i wasn't really thinking when i decided to completely gorge myself because directly afterwards i had a very intense dance practice to prepare for the upcoming extravadance. so yeah, bad idea, but totally worth it

So my phone is officially dead. This is not great at all. So now i need to figure out how to get a new one....boo. so yeah, thats it
